Micaela is off to San Diego for the 2009 San Diego Pride Parade THIS Saturday, July 18th.
The parade kicks off at 11:00am on Normal St. & University Ave. and heads west to 6th Ave. then south to Balboa Dr. Be sure to watch for Micaela floating in a red cloud convertible on the parade route.
If you can’t make it to the parade trail, watch for Micaela on the re-broadcast!

The parade starts at 10:30 AM on Market and Beale Street. The parade ends on Market and Eighth at approximately 2:30 PM.

At the heart of Syren beats Micaela’s fiery streak of defiance against the hypocrisy at play between opera’s artier-than-thou veneer and the proliferation of decadence at its core. “People tend to think that opera is so conservative,” explains Micaela, “but it is so not.
